Du möchtest dein duso Account und alle Daten löschen?

So forderst du in deiner duso App an, deine Konto und deine Daten dauerhaft zu löschen:

1. Öffne dein Profil.
2. Tippe auf dein “Einstellungen”.
3. Tippe auf “Account löschen”.
4. Stimme der “Konto löschen” Benachrichtigung zu indem du auf “ja” tippst.

Alternativ kannst du uns eine email an support@mesh-platforms.de senden. Bitte teile uns in der Email dein Nutzername und den Wunsch dein Konto und alle Daten zu löschen mit.

Der Zeitraum bis zur endgültigen Löschung kann bis zu 14 Tage dauern. Innerhalb der 14 Tage unterliegen die Inhalte weiterhin den Nutzungsbedingungen und der Datenschutzrichtlinien von duso.

You want to delete your duso account and all its data?

This is how you demand to permanently delete your account and data in your duso app:

1. Open your Profile.
2. Select the button “Einstellungen”.
3. Select the button “Account löschen”.
4. Select the button “ja”, when asked if you want to delete your account and all its data.

You can also send uns an email at support@mesh-platforms.com. Please inform us of your username and demand to permanently delete your account and data in the email.

It might take us up to 14 days to delete your data. In the meanwhile the contents are regulated as stated in our terms of service and data protection agreement.
